NOTE: Returned items must be unused, not damaged, original packaging, tickets attached and accompanied by a receipt.

CLEARANCE ITEMS AND/OR ITEMS MARKED AS DAMAGED ARE FINAL SALE

Personalized items, engraved items, are not returnable.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING:
 Regardless of when you give your purchased item as a gift, the return policy still stands at 15 DAYS from the DATE OF PURCHASE. HOLIDAY ITEMS will NOT be eligible for return AFTER the Holiday Season is over. 
Please keep this in mind.

Purchases made the week of Christmas will have an extended return date until January 15th, since we are closed the week between 
Christmas and New Years. 

NOTE: Altering of any items purchased will void a refund or credit to the customer and the item will be considered a FINAL SALE, not returnable.
