HOLY NAME SOFTBALL LEAGUE
 

The registration fee is $145.00 for those received by February 10th
 and $170 for those received after February 10th.

Credit cards and checks are accepted through this site.

If mailing in your payment with the Registration Form,
 please make the check payable to:
Saint Leo the Great Holy Name Society

The fee is used to purchase jerseys, equipment, water,
 small scholarships to two Saint Leo students and a donation to a local charity and to the Parish.  

Every player who signs up is expected & obligated to assist in field setup when they have first game (arrive 45 minutes early) &
 field cleanup when they are scheduled to play in the late game.

 Additionally, we are a self-umpired league and every player will be
 expected to umpire at least once during the season.
 The league cannot function without your support.

This application form must be signed, payment completed and returned BEFORE
 you can step on the field.

 The application form must be received by February 10, 2025.
 The league draft (random selections from a hat) is tentatively scheduled for
Friday, February 28, 2025
Late Registration fees for any application received after the cutoff is $170
 (ensure you allow time for the mail).

Please plan on joining us at the draft for beer, pizza and laughs.
 We will email you with the date and place.
